Make The FA Ce A Better Workplace

  • Use the social network to increase the exposure of FACe to the world.
  • Create a Facebook/Twitter page, a YouTube channel for the FACe. We can upload short videos on YouTube to introduce our new publications, breakthrough in the work and etc.
  • Regarding internal communication, we could have our monthly newsletter (could be very short, as the lettre du vendredi).
  • It would be nice to know in advance: "We now have the face-to-FACe Cafe once a week to inform about news and upcoming events!"
    • who's coming / leaving,
    • what are the important meetings planned here, and those (external) we should participate (like mastodons, etc)
    • and usual news, deadline, achievements etc etc
    • I guess the IT team could produce regular content to this, like cluster usage report, description of new web service, quick how to. etc
  • news-board in the entrance area . "Done!"
  • we can have a "movie night" after work sometimes
  • coffee-break with croissants in the morning to improve our communications. . "We now have the face-to-FACe Cafe once a week!"
  • create a committee pilotage for the FACe
  • play pétanque after work in the yard of BioPark
