Data management on APC cluster
The same as on Arago Cluster since we use the same storages and file systems.
/home through GlusterFS
Volume to store personal data of each user.
- Creation of directory for users
During the validation of an account a directory under "/home" for each user will be created automatically.
- Features
Quota : each user has 1Gb available on the /home volume
Backup : once a week at CC
ACL : not activated
/savedir through GlusterFS
This volume is for data sharing between users of the same group

/workdir through GlusterFS
Both a user and or group can have a dedicated directory under "/workdir", for temporarily saving large amount of data during the job excutions.

/scratch
Each submitted job has a temporary directory on the local /scratch repository, which can be accessed via the /scratch/$USER.$PBS_JOBID path (see Job submission section of APC cluster ).
/groups through NFS
The /groups of APCHOME volume is available on the master node.
It allows each group to share some data with external collaborators through the Upload/Download mecanism.
