C-interface

All the S2HAT routines are written in Fortran90 (due to its HEALPix 2.01 ancestry), however, a handy C-interface is provided allowing all the routines to be straighforwardly callable from any C-code under the very same names as their F90 counterparts and (since the version 2.0) using the very same syntax.
