Les inscriptions à l'école de statistique SOS 2022 sont ouvertes.

L'école aura lieu du 16 au 20 mai 2022 à Carry-le Rouet près de
Marseille. Elle est destinée aux doctorants, post-doctorants, chercheurs
et ingénieurs qui souhaitent compléter ou approfondir leurs
connaissances des méthodes statistiques. Le programme couvrira des
concepts fondamentaux jusqu’aux techniques plus avancées. Un accent
particulier sera mis sur les techniques d'apprentissage automatique et
un temps important sera dédié à des sessions pratiques. Les cours auront
lieu en anglais.

Attention, les inscriptions se feront dans la limite des places
disponibles. L'inscription ne sera considérée comme définitive qu'une
fois celle-ci validée après le paiement, le cas échéant, des frais
d'inscription. Cette école étant organisée dans le cadre de la formation
permanente du CNRS, les personnels payés par le CNRS n'auront pas de
frais d'inscription à payer, seul le trajet sera à leur charge. Pour les
autres personnes travaillant dans un laboratoire de l'IN2P3, les frais
d'inscriptions sont fixés à 150 €. Pour les extérieurs les frais
d'inscription sont de 650 €. Ces frais couvrent les cours, l'hébergement
et les repas.

Dear colleagues,

Registration for the IN2P3 School of Statistics (SOS 2022) is
now open.

The school will be held in Carry-le-Rouet near Marseille, in
southeastern France, between 16 and 20 May 2022. The school targets PhD
students, post-docs and senior scientists and engineers wishing to
strengthen their knowledge or discover new methods in statistical
analysis. Lectures will be given in English and span from fundamental
concepts to advanced topics. A special focus will be put on machine
learning techniques and tools and a significant amount of time will be
dedicated to hands-on sessions.

Be careful, registration will be in the limit of available
places. Registration will be considered as final only after validation
that will occur after fees payment (when applicable). The school is free
of charge for personnel paid by CNRS (travel expenses are not included),
150€ fees will be requested for other IN2P3 lab personnel and 650€ for
others. These fees cover courses, accommodation and meals.
