fill_hdu_count(hdu_count, time_exp_mn, attitude, obs_time)

Fill headers for count images in ECL-SKY-IMA.

Parameters:

• hdu_count (fits.Header) – header
• attitude (AttitudeECLAIRs object) – TBC
• time_exp_mn (float) – time of the observation
