Parameters:

• evt_filenames (list(string)) – names of the event files to process
• att_filenames (list(string)) – names of the attitude files to process
• proc_id (string) – id number of the process
• db_interface (DataBaseSVOMInterface) – interface object to the database
• s_time_start (string) – start time of the docker
