fake_lcs(start_time, end_time, file_path, proc_id)

create a fake ECL-LCS-S1.fits file product

Parameters:

• start_time (float) – start time of the observation in s from mjdref
• end_time (float) – end time of the observation in s from mjdref
• file_path (string) – PATH directory to save the file
• proc_id (string) – id number of the process
