REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Everybody should register

1st step : pre-registration : this is to know who is coming to the meeting.

please fill the form (hit the link below). Choose the category ‘‘Participant’’ in the tarification options, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

2nd step : confirmation of the registration : please use the dedicated web site, quoted in your confirmation e-mail. The invoice without dinner will be at 0 euro. If you plan to attend the workshop dinner and if you’ll be accompagnying, you must check the appropriate boxes.

A personal receipt will be given during the meeting at the registration desk, without specifying ‘‘dinner’’

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfert.

Please note that payment by cash is not allowed
