The OPERA experiment has recently measured neutrinos moving superluminaly from CERN to Gran Sasso. This is a claim that if verified would mark a major new realm in fundamental physics and in our understanding of the relativity principle.

The purpose of this meeting is to bring together experts from theory and experiment in order to debate the theoretical and experimental issues relatied with the possibility of superluminal neutrinos and other particles.
